#3945: Enhance Cover Art Downloader to support maximum image size parameter

Is it possible to limit the size of the artwork, possibly by using some
sort of image processing within coverart.py to resize the image? I'm not
a python guru so I thought I would ask. I see some images are being
retrieved from amazon, in particular, the album art for a Five Finger
Deathpunch album is 500x500. Any windows program can support that, but if
I sync the music to my mobile phone (LG Dare) it is not supported. The
Dare seems to have a maximum image size that it supports. I could always
resize the image myself, but that would be too much work :) It might be
nice to have an option in the plugin that says was maximum image size you
would like to use.

Comment:

Yeah most all of discogs and Amazon entries are now 600x600 and 500x500,
and yet there's all these devices out here that can't display that.

It's not just a matter of setting a maximum size "cut-off" ceiling, what
you'd really want is a plug-in to "resize" them. If it merely "chooses
not to use" the cover art because it's too big, well then you STILL don't
have cover art, and not only that BOTH your device AND everything else
doesn't have cover art. At least if the larger is embedded the device
might not show it (I'd be surprized if it makes the device crash, but
stranger things have happened, such as non-ASCII characters in tags can
make em crash) but it's still there for other music management software to
see.

MS Power Toys there is a batch image resizer program, but that's for the
standalone .jpgs, we want the Picard to extract, resize, and re-embed I
should think.

Picard supports a maximum size for cover art archive images now. If you
want more than that, please add a new ticket on
